Neville Goddard was an exceptional teacher and author of many books, he showed people how to create their reality using imagination and emotions. What’s more, Goddard also taught how to behave as if the final effect of the manifestation was already part of a person’s life. One of the exercises
available only in his private trainings was an exercise connected with a ladder to convince a rational mind how much we independently have the ability to shape physical reality. There are rumors that Goddard said that if this exercise does not bring the expected results to his students it will be evidence that he is a cheater and his teachings are worth nothing.
I encourage you to do this exercise yourself to find out how much power you have and how well, when put in the right direction, your thoughts influence your world.
Three nights in a row going to bed, choose the position you usually do not sleep in. Yes, you have understood well. If, for example, you usually sleep on your right side, start now, for this exercise, to sleep on your left side. When you go to bed, close your eyes and imagine the ladder standing in front of you. Then, all the time using only your imagination, pull out your left hand and grab it behind the left side of the ladder as if you were about to start climbing.
. Go on, repeat the same for your right hand. In the imagination, feel and visualize how you slowly put your left foot on the first step of the ladder, in a moment, add your second foot. During the process try to feel how you engage all your limbs in climbing. Do not rush. Climb up one step, trying to focus primarily on the imagined feeling of climbing up. When you reach the top of the ladder, go down it in the same way, then up and down again. Repeat this visualization for three nights in a row. During the process try to involve as many senses as possible, focus on the feelings under your hands (ladder can be wooden, metal, cold, warm, etc.), smell, tension of your muscles, on the sounds that can accompany climbing.
The second part of the exercise is equally important! Write on a few pages the sentence ‘I will not climb the ladder’ and place them on these three days in several different places so that you can see them during the day (eg. next to the bed, the bathroom mirror and the hall, on the monitor at work, in the car, on the refrigerator). You can also use the display of your phone or computer. Each time you notice your card, make sure that you will not climb any ladder!
After three days of trial, forget about it. Most people report that in their everyday lives after the whole process, there is an opportunity to actually climb the ladder. In some, it appears within a week after the end of the exercise, while in others it lasts slightly longer. Remember, do not push yourself to search for the opportunity, just let it go and live your regular life. If the desired situation does not occur in your life, repeat the exercise again, and when this also will not work, try this visualization for several nights in a row.
This exercise, or rather its effects, are a proof of how powerful the human subconsciousness is, and how much influence on our reality has what we devote our attention to just before falling asleep even when we completely deny it during the day. In the manifestation of reality, the final effect are very often blocked by our subconscious beliefs. Here, in the case of a ladder, most people do not have any negative beliefs associated with it, unless, for example In childhood, someone has accidentally climbed ladders, or has fallen from a ladder, and that is why this exercise brings such tangible results in a relatively short time.
One of Goddard’s disciples who initially admitted that he thought Goddard is a madman, and in whose case this exercise worked in a very spectacular way, not only encountered the possibility of climbing the ladder, but also climbed the ladder of success becoming a millionaire.
You can also freely modify this exercise and climb the ladder of your desires. But start with the usual ladder so that you can confirm that the law of attraction really works.
