Every thought is a powerful form of energy. Your thoughts become words and then deeds. Actions, in turn, become habits that make up your life. It all influences the vibration you have, and vibration has an impact on the reality you experience. There are just 6 steps to an effective manifestation of your reality.
As every thought brings a powerful charge of energy with it, it is important to be aware of what thoughts you have in your head. When you consciously control what you think, you have a real influence on what you create. Everyone can generate thoughts about what he wants to be, what he wants to experience, and how he wants his life to look like. When enough of such thoughts are already in your mind, they begin to affect your life – the words you say, the feelings you generate, and the actions you take. It all affects the quality of your life.
Thinking about what you see or experience through your senses is very easy. It’s the same with thinking about what you want – you are moving around the future thus your brain does not protest if no confirmation of your ‘wanting’ is found in the surrounding reality. Your brain requires sensory validation to recognize something as ‘real’, and when it does not find such proof it starts to protest. This factor usually prevents people from manifesting what they want from life. If however, the brain, or rather its powerful part – subconsciousness, believe that what you want is already a part of your reality, it will literally head over to find this confirmation and will not rest until it does not happen.
Thoughts are real, they exist like you and me, with the difference that on the plane, or in the dimension of energy. So if you are able to generate a thought, be aware that you are creating something tangible, even though you are not yet able to perceive it through any of your basic five senses. The more often you generate a specific thought, the more it becomes fixed in you, thus becoming your conviction, or your belief, and hence, an integral part of you. Your thoughts create the circumstances of your life, and the circumstances of your life are at the same time a reflection of your thoughts. The more you believe in something, the more ‘real’ it seems to your brain, and as I mentioned earlier, the more intensely it will look for ways to manifest it in your ‘tangible’ reality.
So when you focus on things that are unfavorable to you, emotions and feelings are generated in you that correspond to the level of vibration of your thoughts, and the brain begins to search in ‘reality’ confirming this state of affairs. Fortunately, it works the same the other way round, so the more you generate beneficial thoughts for yourself, your brain as a tool in the hands of your consciousness will try to match your reality to the image you want.
Here are six simple steps that will help you activate your mind to start creating and manifesting the reality you want. Consider these activities as a necessary nutrient for the mind to work in your favor.
What do you really want? Do you mean this particular job, or rather financial freedom and a sense of security? Make sure that it is not a momentary whim, but a fervent desire. It will be a kind of fuel for the mind. Focus on how you will feel when your desire becomes part of your reality. It’s best to describe it using as many details as possible.
Pay attention to choose terms that will be acceptable to your mind. If you give a too short period of time, your mind can simply reject your ‘project’. It’s best to observe yourself, what reactions take place in you when you choose particular dates. Is it acceptance, or rather resistance? Write down the date according to you next to what has been recorded at point number 1.
For example, ‘My manifestation (here its detailed description) will materialize in my physical reality until 1 March 2020.
Remember that this is not about the hope that this will happen, it is yours, it has been given to you and you only have to show patience waiting for this particular day with a child’s excitement. Think about it as often as possible, thereby fueling your excitement. You can use visualization here adding as many details to your image as possible. Try to involve as many senses as possible, so imagine the smell, feeling, taste, and so on. Think about how your life looks like when your manifestation has already become a part of it.
If they deny what you want to manifest, you will work against yourself. Every negative thought calling your manifestation into question will work literally like an eraser gradually rubbing off various elements of the image that you created.
When your mind wants to know ‘how’ it will happen, replace the word ‘how’ with the word ‘why’. This will allow you to consolidate the desired image in your head even better, and convince yourself that you deserve what you really want.
Many people, even those who seemingly help you and support you in your aspirations, can negate the possibility of what you want, because, for example, they have not experienced the power of creation yet. So instead of exposing yourself to possible criticism and negativity of the environment, take more time to read about the stories of people who have already managed to create the things they wanted. It’s also good to find people whose creations are congruent with yours, so as to have an additional entrenchment in the fact that it is possible. In addition, exchange leading nowhere activities like reading current news, chatting about irrelevant crap, or listening to other people’s problems for deepening your beliefs related to the law of attraction.
There is a story about Roger Bannister who in 1954 set a new record by running a mile in less than 4 minutes. Before he did that, there was a belief that it was physically impossible that the human heart would be able to bear such a burden. It’s funny that in just 46 days his record was beaten by another runner,and in the next few years, more runners were able to achieve even better results at the same distance.
Roger Bannister by his accomplishment proved that every belief can be changed, that when you stop believing that something is impossible, it becomes possible, that you have the possibility to shape and create your reality. So if only you give your mind the medium in the form of the emotional fuel that it desires and you will believe in his creative power, it will work in your favor to make your dreams come true.
